family counseling & workshops

I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults. However, more often than not, a child's "symptoms" are a result of dynamics in the greater family unit. Maybe your family is navigating divorce, remarriage, blending families, and multicultural dynamics. Or maybe you've encountered grief, adultery, or financial hardship together.

Family therapy might look like:

-individual sessions with the child(ren)

-couple sessions with the parents/caretakers

-whole family sessions

-single parent/caretaker sessions with

individual children

Families with children and teenagers need opportunities for

joy, play, and connection.

This is why I offer private and semi-private family workshops and counseling sessions that

center mindfulness, play, and movement,

as well as opportunities for

authentic relating and child-centered communication.
