I center the emotions & experiences of multicultural, multigenerational, multigenderational individuals, ages 8-98. I specialize in working with children, teens, young adults, and their families.

I think and work systemically. Relationally. Somatically. I understand the nuances of intergenerational trauma, multiculturalism, divorce and blending families. I have 15+ years of professional and personal experience navigating public and private educational systems and nonprofit organizations. I intimately know the difficulties and joys of scaling small-to-medium sized organizations. I'm a deep listener and a critical thinker, and I'm ready to work together. What about you?

There are countless ways of being, therefore there are countless ways of healing. My main goal is to uncover, alongside of my clients, their own individual and ancestral ways of knowing, healing, and unlearning.

Some modalities, belief systems, and ancient wisdoms that I draw from include:

- somatics (movement & body-focus)

-relational therapy

-psychodynamics (symbols, dreams)

-environmental therapy

-systemic (considering internal, family, & societal systems)

-liberatory (drawing from ancestral belief systems, & cultural ways of knowing)

-yoga & ayurveda

-mindfulness & Buddhism

-Sikolohyiang Pilipino

I am a student of the world's cultures & religions, therefore I carry with me the wisdoms of all of the teachers & places that have shaped my life.
